For the uninitiated, our hams are brined for 8 days, smoked for 6 hours, and then glazed. They can be reheated whole and carved at the table or cut into thick pieces and grilled or pan-fried. Any leftovers can be thinly sliced to make the ultimate ham and cheese sandwich.
Purchase your ham by visiting our website here. The hams can be picked up at the restaurant from 10 am onward beginning on Thursday, April 13 up until anytime on Easter Sunday.
